Overview

At The Lab, we want you to be confident before you pay. Premium membership includes a free trial so you can evaluate the full service first, which is why subscription payments are non-refundable. This policy explains how trials, billing, and cancellation work.

No Refunds on Subscription Payments

The Lab does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees on Premium membership payments. Once a payment is processed, it is final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods or unused time.

We provide a free trial precisely so you can decide whether Premium is right for you before being charged. We encourage you to use it fully during the trial window.

Free Trial & Cancellation

• Premium includes a 14-day free trial — you are not charged until the trial ends.
• Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops all future renewal charges.
• After a renewal, your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• We do not issue prorated refunds for time remaining in a billing period.

Exceptions

We will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges or a clear billing error on our part.
• Charges you did not authorize.
• Where a refund is required by applicable law or by your payment provider's rules.

If you believe one of these applies, contact us within 30 days of the charge so we can investigate.

Free Membership

Our free membership tier involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it at any time.
